We recently completed a full roof replacement on a residential property in Hoole, Chester, installing a new red tiled pitched roof along with two flat roof dormers. The Work Carried Out
The project involved a complete strip and re-roof of the main pitched structure, followed by the installation of two flat roof dormers to the front elevation.
Our work included:

- Installation of new breathable membrane and treated battens
- Fitting high quality red roof tiles for a clean, uniform finish
- Installation of a new ridge system for improved weather resistance
- Construction and finishing of two flat roof dormers

- Lead flashing and detailing to ensure watertight seals

The Result
The completed roof has transformed the appearance of the property. The clean lines of the new tiles combined with the neatly finished double dormers provide additional internal space while maintaining a balanced external design.
The flat roof dormers were carefully integrated into the main roof structure, ensuring correct drainage and long term durability. All flashing, junctions and detailing were completed to a high standard to protect against water ingress.
